Day 84 - November 24th

We hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday!  The day before Thanksgiving, they started covering the tresses of the roof.  View from the front:

Day 83 - November 23rd

I realized I hadn't taken a picture of the front of the house in a while.  Here you can see the window has been installed in the far bedroom on the right, and it's "boxed out" a little.

Day 81 - November 21st

More windows went in today!  Peeking out one of the open new windows.

Notice the dining room window on the side.  That will be the only window on that side of the house.

Day 80 - November 20th

Garage has been sheeted and a few windows are going in today!  Here's a couple of views from the front:

Day 79 - November 19th

Day 78 - November 18th

Yesterday they finished up the sheeting on the back of the house.  You can also see where they've somewhat started the patio corners.  The patio will be covered, so I'm assuming they need these in place for the roof.

Day 77 - November 17th

Yesterday they worked on adding sheeting to the outside of the house.  Here's the west side of the house:

Here you can see the openings for both patio doors on the top floor and the basement floor.  It's so tall!

Day 70 - November 10th

Main progress today was the garage, which is now framed.  It's coming together!

Day 69 - November 9th

They got so much done today!  The master suite is framed, as well as the remainder of the rooms on the first floor (laundry room, kitchen, dining room, and living room.

Day 68 - November 8th

Now that the time has changed, we can no longer go by the house after work because it's dark!  So we'll try and get our act together earlier in the mornings and drop by before work.

They began standing up walls and framing on the first floor today.

Day 65 - November 5th

Today they started building walls for the first floor that will be stood up soon.  You can see the siding of the west side wall on the left of this picture behind the garage floor.

Here is the north wall of the master bedroom.  There are 2 windows in the bedroom and 1 in the bath.

Day 64 - November 4th

Today they started laying out the room outlines on the first floor in preparation for framing.

Although hard to envision, from the top of this picture to the bottom you have the master suite (bedroom, bathroom, and closet), the guest bath, a linen closet, and 2 bedrooms.  The hallway is in the middle.

Day 63 - November 3rd

They added the floor boards to the first floor today.  We can walk out on it now!  The open space behind the garage is where the stairs will go down to the basement.

Day 62 - November 2nd

Today the garage floor was poured, and they completed the wooden beams that will support the first floor.
