We close 2 weeks from today! A lot of progress has been made this week.
Guttering has been added to the outside.
Concrete in the driveway has been poured.
The backyard has been leveled out some. Here is the area outside of the storage room. A concrete patio will be poured here as well.
Adding posts to the deck upstairs.
The deck extends a couple of feet beyond the edge of the house.
The downstairs patio.
Exterior lights have been installed.
Pendants have been hung in the kitchen.
Laundry room cabinet. Shelves installed and crown mold added at the top.
Tile trim added in the laundry room floor.
Tile added to the tub deck in the master bathroom.
Master shower tile complete, including grout!
Light fixture hung in the basement bathroom.
Similar fixture in the guest bath upstairs.
Sconce installed in the hallway in the basement.

The hand rail and newels are complete upstairs! The outlet on the skinny wall will be moved.
